Quality management is the quality of command and control organization coordinated activities,usually including set quality policy and quality objectives,quality planning,quality control,quality assurance and quality improvement.It is closely related to the human life.Recently,with the constant improvement of the social transparency,food safety problems such as melamine incident,headed doll event and tonyred events frequently exposed by the media,food safety has become one of the most concern of the people.Calls for understand the masses demand and further improve the existing food safety regulatory approach more and more high.This paper mainly has carried on the two aspects of work,one is data analysis working of residents' attitude towards food safety in Zhejiang province,the other is the method development of multielement synchronization analysis in the process of risk monitoring.This paper take residents as the object of the food safety attitudes analysis,whom are directly affected by food safety.By using a variety of ways to collect information from ordinary residents in Zhejiang province,the relevant interest groups,the related law enforcers and the relevant experts,This work issue more than 2000 copies of questionnaires and interview thousands of people,and get their basic views and attitudes of food safety in cognition,emotion and behavioral tendency.This work also seek to find problems that may exist in food production and marketing chain,and collect the main demands of food safety supervision.After analyzing the main contradiction of the survey results,this paper find out the distrust about food safety is affected by by three aspects,that is imperfection of food testing method,the degree testing progress reached and information provided on the label.At present a single target element detection currently used in the food safety risk monitoring has some drawbacks.So this paper develop a multi-element synchronous detection method to improve this work.It is a new classification method based on elemental analysis for the process.Combine with the existing system of QS food products under the category of coding,multi-element synchronous detection method takes elements analysis in food testing as the object of the research.By comparing a variety of elements and food classification,and analyzing the performance of the analytical instruments,diversity difference of all kinds of element content in the food itself,and degree of pretreatment method applicable for elemental analysis of this process,assess the uncertainty size under different detection channels and sort them.The result concerned that this method is more suitable for food safety risk monitoring than single target element detection,and has a strong practical value.At the same time,organize methodology validation work through the uniform preparation of 2 kinds of samples,distributed them to 159 testing laboratories belonged to health bureau,pledges inspect bureau,agricultural bureau,the food and drug administration and so on,demand they to test the same elements at the moment in the study.Use single factor analysis to confirm the variance homogeneity of the sample,and then use robust statistical methods to analyze the data,evaluate their differences and draw discrete spectrums.After statistics the various categories of specific methods used in the laboratory measurement,the work find out the method of multi-element synchronization analysis is verified,the result is good.At the end of the paper,the paper summarizes the whole work and prospect the future development of food safety testing.
