As the development of companies, they will inevitably face the problem called "Large enterprise disease". It means that the company suffers rigid management system, overstaffed organization, and too many company management levels, so that the company has difficulty to realize the information within the enterprise effectively, which may lead to inefficient operation, slow decay of market response, and weak innovation ability. Especially, the state-owned enterprises whichto be born out of the planned economic system. So, in recent years, many of the companies began to explore new management system to solve this problem. The internal business is one of the innovations.Firstly, this paper analyzes that the domestic and foreign theory of internal entrepreneurship, especially the internal business theory and the factors that influenced internal business. This article selects internal entrepreneurial activities of the DX company which is a typical large state-owned enterprise as the research case, analyzing the internal business management system and the process. Then the author introduces a classic case of DX's internal mechanisms——love print.from five factors influencing the company internal business such as business strategy, enterprise culture, human resources, organization structure and resource allocation.It suggests that internal business can promote the strategic transformation and efficiency improvement of DX company, and internal business is a viable option to solve the problem of "Large enterprise disease". Internal business needs effective system, including the strategy, culture, human resource, organizational structure, and the resource allocation. The success of Love Print depends on that its business is in line with the company's strategic development direction, and can coordinatewith the traditional business of DX company, so it gets enough resource from the DX company. But there are still some problems, such as the strong dependence on the resources of the company, the small volume of theproject, and the low efficiency of resource allocation.The article believes that the company should further increase the support for innovative business division and Tianyi venture capital, and enhance its power in the internal business activities of resource allocation. In project selection, DX company should increase the intensity of the introduction of foreign projects, in order to improve the quality and volume of the projects. And in the incubation process, DX company should increase the market management of the innovative projects, in order to reduce the excessive dependence on the company's resources, and cultivatethe ability of market operation.
