Corporate entrepreneurship is a system of policies, procedure as well as outcomes which has close relationship with established corporate. It is based on identifying market opportunities and resources. Since 1980, corporate entrepreneurship has caused attention from international management professions. Many international enterprises of United States and Japan conducted corporate entrepreneurship and proved that it is an effective way to retain talents and facilitate enterprise dynamics. Since 1990, Huawei has achieved outcome during corporate entrepreneurship; however, it resulted in some issues to be solved too. Corporate entrepreneurship became the core research area of strategy management.The procedure of corporate entrepreneurship means that, fully supported by the corporate, some career setup intended employees are in charge of some businesses or projects within the corporate to share the outcome. As to established corporate, corporate entrepreneurship can lead to strategy flexibility and passion for entrepreneurship. Corporate entrepreneurship can lead to "win-win" situation: for one part, it satisfies the willing of setting up careers; for the other part, it enables the corporate to retain talents which can exert their potential as well as spirit to expand business scale creating more profit or benefit. Thus, it is critical for corporate to establish good environment which is the prerequisite as well as basis to realize corporate objectives.There are many researches on this area which lead to various options about corporate entrepreneurship. Although a lot of researches have been done in this area, there is no clear definition and understanding on corporate entrepreneurship internal environment.This thesis is to set up mechanism or environment to facilitate corporate entrepreneurship by creating spirit, setting up policies, initiatives as well as corporate culture. It is based on corporate entrepreneurship theory and corporate internal environment situation. By analyzing thoroughly some cases in business area, we can learn about from those examples which can uphold the theory and facilitate the procedure of corporate entrepreneurship. We need to support as well as control corporate entrepreneurship which can realize the synergy to create "win-win" situation in corporate entrepreneurship.
