Research On The Development Strategy Of Tire Renovation Enterprises

The environmental pollution and resources shortage problems in China have become increasingly prompted people to pay more attention to the remanufacturing of the waste resources.As an important branch of resource recycling,tire retreading has got more and more national attention and encouragement,and so many enterprises have put its development on the agenda.In the process of waste tire renovation,the tire retreading enterprises connect the recycling of waste tire,refurbished tire sellers and refurbished tire users together and play an important role in solving the environmental pollution and resources shortage problems.However,refurbished tire enterprises are facing with severe test due to the rubber price has decreased currently,the technology of renovation is backward,and retread tyres get low status.In order to expand the tire retreading industry and achieve long-term development for the refurbished tire enterprises,we must be aware of refurbished tire market environment fully and make strategies to help the refurbished tire enterprises get the long-term development.At present,there are the domestic research about tire enterprise strategies,but it is not the same to the retread tire enterprises.In view of this,This paper will carry out the development strategies which are based on the opportunities and bottlenecks that retread tire enterprises are facing.We carry out the development strategies in order to make up for the former research of and provide practical and operable strategic guidance for retread tire enterprises.The main work of this research includes six parts,the first chapter is the introduction.The second chapter is the theory and tools used in this article,including the enterprise strategy theories,EFE and IFE analysis method,SWOT analysis method and SPSS data processing software,and the balanced scorecard theory.The third chapter is the SWOT analysis of tyre retreading enterprises.The first part is about the retreaded tire industry,including the scale,marketing channel and the users and the technologies.The second part is the questionnaire,this paper puts forward the problems existing in the renovation tire enterprise,and sums up the factors that are restricting its development.The third part is the analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,this part provide basis for the establishment of enterprise strategies in part four.Chapter four puts forward the feasibility development strategies for the tyre retreading enterprises,including intensive growth strategies and competitive strategies,and propose the Balanced Scorecard to control the enterprises' strategies.In the fifth Chapter,the writer take FY tyre retreading plant in Gui Zhou province as an example,put forward the intensive growth strategies and the competitive strategies,then,use the Balanced Scorecard to control the enterprises' strategies.Chapter six is conclusion and prospect.Summarized the main research conclusions,and points out the deficiencies and research prospect.
