Established in1996, Shaanxi KW Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, owning the secondary qualification of national real estate development, is a real estate development-oriented private group, which also runs property, real estate sales, green landscape business. Since2006when the company entered its initial stage, it has achieved a leap-forward development and tried a variety of development models.At present, due to the fact that maintaining its initial management can not meet the needs of today’s group development, the business strategy is in the period of adjustment, in which the group’s main tasks are to re-examine the strategic objective of its early development, have its re-positioning in the new period, establish a new, correct development direction, hence the group improves its internal management, optimizes its organization, witness a smooth transition from its initiation to the further development, and forms its own competitive advantages, in which lies the group’s major opportunities and challenges. How to formulate a correct strategic approach during the transition period and run the new development strategy smoothly is the key of maintaining the group’s long-term market share and the guarantee of the group’s development in the future.This paper analyzes Shaanxi KW Real Estate Development Co., Ltd’sexternal environment and its opportunities and challenges on the background of the resent overall real estate market economic environment. Based on the analysis of the company’s stuff quality, management system, this paper evaluates the company’s strengths, and weaknesses, as a local real estate star enterprise. With practice and theory, the paper extends the group’s development strategies and strategic management system after its transition period. In addition, this paper also studies, in a general sense, the diversification of real estate groups during their development period, with some suggestions for professionals’reference.
