The key factor determined enterprise survival and development is an enterprise's inherent quality,which includes the management,the internal systems of enterprises,innovation ability and incentive mechanism as well as the quality of employees,etc.;Its core is the enterprise staff overall quality.Only qualified employees can complete the objectives,strengthen innovation ability.And training,one of the basic ways of improving the quality of employees,is a strategic task of enterprises and plays a decisive role in the modern enterprise development.Mining Service Division of LPC is a new logistics service unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,whose personnel structure are obviously imbalanced.The personnel structure optimization failed to make owing to the policy constraints of Chinese oil group company.Therefore,only through training can personnel quality be improved and the needs of the of talents be met.Training system of staff is the important carrier and the guarantee,so the enterprise should do well in the training work and set up a complete training system.Based on related theories of human resources training,this paper analyzes present situation of structural vacancies and training in Mining Service Division of LPC and proposed the overall solution to construction of Mining Service Division of LPC from the following four aspects:to str-engthen linear responsibility and perfect training organization and mana-gement system;to build training demand matrix and set up a scien-tific system of training standards;to build up the skill-oriented evaluation system;to strengthen the construction of training base and build efficient training security system.
