Say goodbye to the rapid growth of China’s economy turn into the "new normal" heyday steel and other raw materials industries have inevitably ended.The entire industry put into the excess capacity,low-cost competition.BX As a company with an annual output of 600,000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel business,the same face of the brutal industry competition and customer pressure to cut prices and reduce manufacturing costs become the company’s focus.As a Six Sigma quality and improve product quality approach emerged in the 1980 s,it has been continuously enriched and developed in practice,is the inheritance and development of new comprehensive quality management theory.Six Sigma is no longer merely a quality improvement approach has become possible to keep the business continued to improve,enhance overall competitiveness,and constantly enhance the overall leadership,and continuously improve business performance and customer satisfaction and bring huge economic benefits of a the entire system management concepts and methods.In this paper,BX company’s Six Sigma as the research object,the system describes the implementation and application of Six Sigma practices in the enterprise.This paper introduces the Six Sigma origin and development,statistics and managerial implications and Six Sigma values,and then discusses the Six Sigma methodology and Six Sigma project management DMAIC process,and then a detailed study of Six Sigma in BX’s application premise,organizational model,system building in order to "reduce the cost per ton of acid pickling new" Six Sigma project,for example,describes the company’s Six Sigma methods in BX to reduce manufacturing costs of improvements.Finally,the success of Six Sigma implementation process in the BX Company achieved and deficiencies summarized to provide some reference for the same type of stainless steel enterprises to implement Six Sigma management. |
