Now enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition,management has become increasingly prominent in the development of enterprises,and the management level of the enterprise is closely related to the leader's behavior.Under this background,professor Teng Qingan combined with the practice and theoretical research results,put forward MVIRI theory[1],the theory mainly explores the process of reflecting the interaction between the leaders from the conscious decision behavior and the mirror system of the internal and external environment information.Under the framework of the theory,this paper makes an empirical study based on the interpersonal relationship of internal knowledge workers,to study the influence of interpersonal relationship and psychological contract on job performance,explore how leaders improve employees' performance by improving their leadership behavior.Today,knowledge workers are the source of the core competitiveness of an enterprise,therefore,the management of knowledge workers is paid attention to by the enterprise leaders.The relevant research literature pointed out that the internal relationship between enterprises will have a significant impact on the performance of employees.However,the existing literature on the definition of internal interpersonal relationships is a single level,the role of the relationship between human relations and work performance has not been in-depth mining,at the same time,it is short of empirical research on the mechanism of the interaction between the two agents.Few people from the perspective of knowledge based employees to explore the role of internal interpersonal relationship in psychological contract,how to affect employee's job performance.Therefore,based on the perspective of enterprise leaders,it is of great significance for enterprise management to explore the management method of improving the interpersonal relationship among internal knowledge workers and improving the satisfaction degree of psychological contract,enhance employee's job performance.Under the framework of MVIRI theory,this paper reviews the literature research on interpersonal relationships,psychological contract and job performance of employees at home and abroad,under the support of relevant theories,based on the perspective of knowledge workers,the research hypothesis of the relationship between the three variables is proposed,and combined with empirical analysis to test the hypothesis.On the basis of the 247 valid questionnaires,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 two statistical software to analyze the data after finishing,at the same time,the structural equation model of the variables is constructed.The combination of reliability and validity analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,difference analysis and structural equation test are combined to deal with the data,one by one to verify the hypothesis.Research results show that:(1)the interpersonal relationship of internal knowledge employees has a significant impact on the employee's job performance;(2)the interpersonal relationship of internal knowledge employees has a significant impact on employee psychological contract;(3)the psychological contract of knowledge workers has a significant impact on job performance;(4)the psychological contract plays a mediating role in the effect of internal knowledge workers on the job performance of interpersonal relationship.At the same time,it also explores the relationship between the sub dimensions of the three variables and the mechanism.Finally,on the basis of the results of the study,In view of the interpersonal relationship management of internal knowledge employees,from the construction of effective internal communication mechanism,this research gives four management suggestions from the aspects which are establishment of the psychological contract dynamic management mechanism,establish "people-oriented" enterprise culture and fusion of psychological contract and performance management.
