| As the number of Internet company become more and more, the incentive problems of knowledge employees in Internet companies deserve more attention. Knowledge employees who have the higher quality, stronger independence and so on, are different from other traditional employees. And they can make even a few times values for company than the ordinary employees. However, recently there are many problems of encouraging knowledge employees in Internet company, for example the way of incentive mechanism is too single, equalitarianismweaken the effect of the differentiate encouragement, and the company lacks in scientific and standardized performance evaluation system, which directly influences the presence of knowledge employees’ value. How to mobilize the enthusiasm of knowledge employees and to use their skills and advantages so as to create more wealth has become a crucial factor for company in the competition. Therefore, it is very important to research and discuss the encouragement of knowledge employees.This thesis, targeting at internet company D, analyzes the structure of knowledge employees and the present situation of incentive system after making a review of psychological contract theory, incentive theory and some information about knowledge employees, and then the thesis gets the idea of the knowledge employees’ motivating factors through questionnaires method and interviews. On this basic, this thesis analyzes the problems about incentive system of internet company D, and then summarizes the reasons from the perspectives of material incentives, environmental support, promotion space and the lack of application of psychological contract. Based on the theory of psychological contract, this thesis designs the incentive system of knowledge employees in internet Company D, explains the specific implementation methods and contents, and then comes up with the related guarantee measures so as to make full use of the value of knowledge employees then promote the development of internet Company D. |
