The Patio-temporal Evolution And It's Driving Forces About The Agricultural Modernization In Gansu Province

Agricultural modernization is the foundation of national modernization, it is a process to achieve from traditional substantial agriculture to the marketable and knowledgeable of modern agricultural transformation. Agricultural modernization level is relationship between China's national economy sustainable development and food security, build a well-off society in an all-round way of the important strategy problem. As an economic underdeveloped region in western China, Gansu province, it has hardware conditions, lower cultural quality of population science, natural and fragile ecological environment. The biggest difficulty lies in the agriculture, rural areas and farmers problems to achieve synchronization with national into a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, it has to blaze a trail with Gansu characteristics of high quality, highly effective, the sustainable development of agricultural modernization.This article takes Gansu province of the western region as an example, from the perspective of geography, we build agricultural inputs, agricultural output level, the rural social development level, agricultural sustainable development level of four dimensions of the index system, using the factor analysis method, to 1999, 2004, 2009 and 1999 in Gansu province fourteen cities(states) of comprehensive evaluation for the level of modern agriculture and the empirical analysis. On the basis of it, combining with the level distribution, the spatial interpolation effect and the spatial pattern of types of agricultural modernization to summarize the spatial and temporal evolution regular pattern of agricultural modernization level in Gansu province, and using multiple regression analysis method to reveal the driving mechanism of landscape evolution, accordingly puts forward the path for the development of agricultural modernization in Gansu province.The results indicate that:(1) The Gansu province various prefectures(states) agricultural modernization level is not balanced, the internal differences, scoring and sorting is between 1999 and 2014 has experienced the change of the rising and falling, but the change is small. Changes of regional agricultural modernization level have certain characteristic of "path dependence" of regional distribution shows a tendency of from scattered to agglomeration development;(2) Agricultural space expansion ability and its height is related to the level of modernization and shows the extreme point to point from the shaft to the signs of the network;(3) Agricultural policy guidance, resources endowment and economic, transportation and human resources driven common pattern of agricultural modernization on the category of space displacement;(4) Through the system clustering analysis, the level of agricultural modernization in Gansu province is divided into five types, the high value area, higher value area, medium value area, low equivalent area, lower end area. Different types should clearly present and the future development ideas and strategy, and adjust measures to local conditions, adopt different agricultural modernization development strategy and implementation mode, out of a water-saving agriculture, zoology agriculture and characteristic agriculture, labor, technology intensive path of agricultural modernization.
