| Land is the essential foundation of human production and lives, as factors of production is irreplaceable, determines the final result of various human activities will act and show on the land, reflecting on the characteristics and changes in land use structure, reasonable land use structure will facilitate the sustainable development of society, otherwise hinder the sustainable development of society. What the Hilly region of Loess Plateau in Gansu eastern has a fragile ecological environment, serious soil erosion, surface fragmented, and the problem of land utilization in this area is particularly prominent. Therefore, as a case of Heshui County in Gansu province, based on the date of land use in 2006, 2009, 2011 and 2013 of 12 villages belong to Heshui County. In order to optimize the layout of land use structure and providing a theoretical basis for the limited land allocated to various sectors to product the maximize utility, starting from quantity and quality to study land use structure characteristics,so that we can reveal the variation characteristics and influencing factors based on two aspects that qualitative and quantitative. The results showed:(1)From the point of quantity structure, the land use diversification degree of Heshui County at a medium level, but it has obvious internal differences. Land use diversification degree in the region showing that the southwest of Heshui County has a high value, northeast of Heshui County has low value and it has a pattern of decline from the southwest to the northeast; The overall level of land use centralization degree at a low level and has a large different from 12 towns, which has exists polarization phenomenon and showing that southwest has a low value, northeast has a high value; The type of land use is given priority to with forestland, which arable and grassland is complementary, as well as, it is obviously that land use type has a single characteristics and the whole function of the type of land use was weak.(2)From the point of quality structure, land use degree of Heshui County is on the middle level, but still need to enhance. Comprehensive land productivity have a high southwest and northeast low pattern, which relationship with land use degree were positively correlated; The order degree of land use is low, information entropy values of land use has a significant internal differences.(3) From the point of dynamic change, during the study period, the trend land use degree was overall upward. It has a good development momentum that land use degree, but the rise was not significant. It is significantly change and growth that Traffic and Transmission Land. Under the background of Increase the small town construction and intensively non-agricultural of arable, land use structure appears imbalance phenomenon. The comprehensive dynamic degree of land use has gone through three stages that slow change, sharp rise and rapid decline, which correspond to the beginning, development, stable and mature period of land use. The trend of Land use diversification degree decreased obviously. Centralization degree has an intensive internal differences, the polarization situation was more and more intense. What the state of land use has towards to the orderly development, and was about to enter the stable period of land use.(4) From the point of the analysis to influential factors, in the aspects of qualitative, which show that the natural, population, economic are all affect the land use structure of Heshui County; Of those, the landform is the internal natural basis of the formation of land use structure. In the quantitative aspect, the order of influence size to Land use structure: the proportion of rural workers> crop area proportion of crop area > effective irrigation area > the labor income of famers > agricultural labor productivity > rural per capita income. |
