Study On Relationship Between Land Use Change And Industry Structure Of Onsu County

Onsu County is located in the northern edge of the Taklimakan Desert, the ecological environment is relatively weak and land desertification, salinization is more serious,that resulting in the use of land resources is very limited. The land resources as the basis of industrial development, while industrial development is decisive factors of land use change for a certain time. Therefore, a correct analysis of btween idustry structure adjustment and land use change has very important significance.This paper collects the dates of land use change and industry structure from 1996 to 2010 of Onsu county, and combines with the theory of regional economic development and land planning as a guide. It builds a suited land use classification based on industry, gets the data of the tertiary industrial land from 1996 to 2010. The paper claims qualitative and quantitative methods and analysis the relationship and influence between land use change and the idustry structure.It draws conclusions that main change of land use is the area of grassland and wasteland to farmland and forest,the forest reduces 67898.7 hm2 in 15 years.The third industry increases largest with the land of industry ,which is 16839.84hm2.Followed by the first industry is 11988.09 hm2. The land of sencondary industry is 6936.49 hm2,however,the increasal rate of the secondary industry reachs a maximum of 123.1%.Through building the multivariate linear regression model draws conclusion that land use type has significant effect, which mainly shows the area of reducing of water conservancy faclities and increasing of garden to promote the increasing proportion of secondary industry.Using principal component method draws conclusion that population growth,economic development and structure have important effects with land use change, and policy is also true for guiding agriculture and socio-economy of Onsu.At last, it proposes corresponding suggestion: Coordinating industrial structure to promote the use of land resource more reasonable;Adjusting the agricultural structure and recommending high-tech industrial technology to promote orderly land use structure;Strengthening the ecological protection and the ecological construction to realizes the sustainable use of tourist resources.
