The Effect Analysis Of New Urbanization On Farmers’ Income

Jiangxi authorities issued "about accelerating urbanization construction related measures" document on June 2015.The document also plan and layout goals and tasks for future time about urbanization construction of Jiangxi Province clearly,and put forward after five years of development the comprehensive level of urbanization of jiangxi at or exceed the national average.At the same time,in order to promote the province’s urbanization development better,improve the quality of urbanization,based on these important documents still outstanding issued related to the specific operating conditions.From the overall situation of jiangxi province,the urbanization level is located at the national ranking after partial,a large number of rural surplus labor in countryside can not be output timely,Economic income of farmers in the developed coastal provinces and cities ranked in a backward place,between urban and rural income levels vary from the gradually widening and becoming increasingly serious.In this case,how through new urbanization to output the rural surplus labor force into urban areas and thereby allowing farmers income to improve will be of great practical value.In this paper,taking the new level of urbanization development of Jiangxi Province impact on farmers’ income as the research object.Through coordinating the respective angles factors,building new urbanization comprehensive index system to measure the level of the corresponding value,and ultimately select the urbanization of the population,urbanization,social,economic and green urbanization four-level indicators,the number of employees in non-agricultural industries,the daily per capita domestic water consumption,car ownership and so on to construct new urbanization of Jiangxi Province of comprehensive evaluation system,and eventually get new urbanization comprehensive level value.The use of statistical data from the National Library of relevant data from 1999 to 2013,building SVAR model for dynamic analysis of the impact of new urbanization in Jiangxi Province on farmers’income,the results indicate that the new level of urbanization of Jiangxi province and rural residents per capita net income have certain causal relationship,and new urbanization combined value increase 1%in per capita net income of farmers increased by about 1.98%.By the impulse response function and variance decomposition analysis found that farmers’ per capita net income increased levels of short-term from on their own and new urbanization level,but in the long run is mainly due to increase of new urbanization of Jiangxi province.Taking into account the farmers’ per capita net income can be broken into four parts of wages income and other sources of income,followed by the measurement method using cointegration and gray correlation analyzes the new urbanization of Jiangxi province impact on farmers’ income structure,the results indicate the presence of co-integration relationship between the level of urbanization and farmers ’income structure,and the increase of farmers’ per capita net income is the reason of the increase of new urbanization,that the level of new urbanization impact the most on wage income,followed by transfer income,and families operating income is less influence.Finally,we put forward some policy recommendations to promote the new urbanization of Jiangxi province,thereby increase farmers’ income,but also put forward relevant policy recommendations for government departments to provide a basis.
