A Study On The Influence Of New-type Of Urbanization On Farmers' Income Structure In China

Promote the development of new-type of urbanization is one of the important decision of the CPC central committee,2016 was the start of the implementation of "the 13th Five-Year Plan", promoting the construction of the new-type of urbanization must stand at a new starting point, and achieve a new breakthrough. At present, obstacles to urban and rural development does not completely eliminate, as the basis for the development of rural economy, fanners' income is the problem of "three dimensional rural issues". Since the reform and opening up, Chinese farmers'income structure has been adjusted, at this stage to understand the new-type of urbanization construction impact on farmers' income structure is particularly important. So with the help of the relevant theoretical and empirical knowledge, this article analyzes the effects of new-type of urbanization on farmers' income structure.In this paper, the new-type of urbanization affect farmers'income structure theory research mainly from three angles to illustrate:first of all, this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of new-type of urbanization, and discusses the related theory of city development, clear the per capita net income of farmers and salary income, income of household operation, and the definition of property income and metastatic income, and discussed on the basis of predecessors' farmers income growth theory; Second, describes the conduction path that new-type of urbanization affects the farmers' income structure from two aspects of direct channel and indirect channel; Finally, it describes the status of the development of new-type of urbanization and farmers' income structure. On the basis of theoretical research, using the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2013, this essay studies the effect of new-type of urbanization on farmers' income structure. The empirical analysis is divided into all the sample model and the sample model. The empirical result shows that new-type of urbanization has significantly positive impact on farmers'salary income, property income and metastatic income, and negative effect on family business income. The empirical result also shows that the effect of new-type of urbanization on farmers'income and the income structure is closely related to four motive mechanisms of new-type of urbanization. In general, new-type of urbanization from greater administration force, market force, exterior force and intrinsic force, and new-type of urbanization have more pronounced positive effect to famers'income.Based on the analysis of the above, it is concluded that the following policy suggestions finally:one is to speed up the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and urban infrastructure construction, improve the level of urban education and health care, to attract the rural population into urban; The second is to promote green ecological construction and characteristics of the benign interaction of agricultural production, the road of sustainable development to promote the farmers' income increase; The third is to attract investment innovation model of development of township enterprises, reasonable planning and development of agricultural land, seek new growth point of the farmers' income structure; The fourth is the government should strongly support the development of the new type of urbanization and farmers' income structure adjustment, with policies to promote farmers' income.
