Study On The Finance Lease In Group's Supply Chain

Nowadays,financing difficulties of the small and medium enterprises led to the lack of cash flow in the supply chain.The problem that the logistics and cash flow does not match appropriately need to be given due attention.With the combined function of "financing money" and "financing assets",financial lease become the main form of financing for small and medium enterprises.For the SMEs in the growth stage,their own funds can't meet the requirements of development.As they also lack of background,it is also difficult for them to obtain loans from banks.Therefore,financial lease become the main method to solve the problem.Based on the supply chain,the group companies can use their idle funds to provide financial lease services to its upstream and downstream enterprises.The supply chain financial lease can solve the financing problems of SMEs with limited risk.Meanwhile,it can also promote the supply chain's virtuous circle and stable development,coordination of capital flows,and promote optimal allocation of the resources.The finance leasing business under supply chain can improve the efficiency of the group company's funds and add value to the enterprise.This paper first introduces related theories of supply chain and finance lease briefly;then analyzes the finance leasing business under supply chain,as well as its current development and risk management.Meanwhile,combined with my working experience in JY financial leasing company,a subsidiary of JF Group,builds a finance leasing model to reform the business process;Finally,uses a specific case to analyze and evaluate the implementation of the model,then make a summary and outlook.The study can provide some reference value to the development of finance leasing business under supply chain.
