Research On Optimization Of The Supply Chain Management In RNT Leasing Trade Enterprises

Since 1980's of last century, Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management has gradually become a hot topic in business management. The theory of supply chain management got application in some international famous enterprises and made a great achievement, and it makes people convinced that supply chain management is the effective ways to deal with global competition.Lease Trade Supply Chain Management is around the platform of the leasing enterprise supply chain, make logistics, capital flow, information flow of the supply chain coordinated effectively, using their own advantages, which to reduce costs, the formation of a value added, and ultimately improve their competitiveness. Compared with the permeability of mature markets abroad, science and technology leasing trade in China is 1% less than 30% in the global leasing trade market, there is a huge market penetration of ascension space, and it is big advantage of the rental market in China. However, with the competition grew, implementation supply chain management is an effective approach to make Chinese leasing trade enterprises to reduce the cost, improve competitiveness, realize value added. Now, leasing trade enterprises in China have started to pay attention to supply chain management. In domestic leasing trade enterprise, problems still exist in understanding of the specific operating process of supply chain management. Such as Loose strategic alliance, high logistics cost, and so on.This paper adopts the method of qualitative analysis and case analysis combination, put forward the improvement measures to the existing problem in the implementation of supply chain of Chinese lease enterprise. The end of this article, based on analysis of the case of supply chain management in leasing trade enterprise, provides confirm of implement supply chain management.
