Under the new economic era, market competition becomes more and more intense.Communication, investment and cooperation, strategic alliances, acquisition and reorganization and other activities between enterprises become increasingly frequent.Achieving mutual benefit and double-win situation has become a big trend in business development.Enterprise management mode is also in transition from the vertical to the horizontal. The collaborative management in enterprise management is becoming increasingly important. All areas are changing around the concept of collaborative management.Power industry is the basic energy industry for national economic development and is the priorities of development for the world economic. It is not only major strategic issues related to national economic security, but also closely related to people's daily lives and social stability. The main content of this paper is how to evaluate performance for power enterprise collaboration management. It is through the establishment of a scientific collaboration management performance evaluation system to measure the extent of the power enterprise collaboration management operation and by analyzing the electric power enterprise collaboration management operation to find the weak links. Then the paper presents recommendations for improvement. It is help to improve the performance of power enterprise collaboration management. This study is of great theoretical and practical significance for the power enterprise achieving long-term development. The paper compares several commonly used methods of performance evaluation by combining the power enterprise features. And ultimately it selects the DEA method to deeply study the operational efficiency of China's power enterprise collaboration management. The thesis mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, this paper studies the relevant literature at home and abroad on the performance of collaborative management and the evaluation of enterprise performance and defines the concept of collaborative management and performance evaluation.Meanwhile,it describes the theory of Synergetics. The paper analyzes the source and the power of power enterprise collaboration management performance by combining the power enterprise features. And it studies the key elements of effective enterprise collaboration management operation.Secondly, this paper describes the basic principles of DEA method and makes a detailed presentation on the two basic models of DEA about the CCR model and BCC model. The paper constructs the collaborative management performance evaluation index system of power enterprises based on the factors of the power enterprise collaborative management performance and combining with the principle of the design of indicators.Thirdly, this study selects 32 listed power companies as samples.First of all,the input and output indicators values are obtained from listed companies' annual report. Then the efficiency values and the slack variables of the CCR model and BCC model based on the input perspective are calculated.Through the analysis of the results, there are 20 valid power companies, and a weak effective power company, and 11 invalid power companies.Meanwhile, the paper makes the scale benefit analysis and projection analysis. The thesis summaries up the reasons why the DMU is non-effective and proposes the recommendations to further strengthen the collaborative management. Finally, there is a summary and a description of the shortcomings of this article. And it illustrates the direction of the key study in the future.Meanwhile the paper points out the innovation of the study, and that is to evaluate the performance of power enterprise based on DEA in collaboration perspective.
