Research On Rural Housing Land System Reform In Anhui Province

This study aims at rural land system reform.On the basis of domestic and foreign research tendency,this study is designed under the analysis of typical rural land system reform in other provinces of China and land problems in relative areas in the hope that a countermeasure would be made and relevant solutions put forward.First in this paper,on the basis of theoretical research and field survey of the status quo of land system reform in Anhui province are analyzed.Through the full understanding of the existing land system reform,and on the basis of further innovation.Then the typical area in Anhui province and other provinces discusses the rural land system reform practice,to analyze its main mode,innovation and existing problems.Finally,based on the typical practice of areas and in the spirit of the third plenary session of the 18 th,this study aims at the rural land system in Anhui province,presenting the definitions of the rural land system,the establishment on reserve system in rural area,the policies of “go with people”in northern area of Anhui province,the establishment on the mechanism of rural land system quit and compensation,the initiative of mutual purchasing house on urban and rural areas.The development of reform protects not only the legal rights of rural people,but the profit of group and state in order to ensure the smooth conduct of the rural land system reform in Anhui province and sustainable development of society,and it pushes the new pattern urbanization and industrialization forward,finally realizes the use of rural land management in rural new rural dream.
