A Study On The Coordination Development Between Five Provinces Of Northwest China

The essence of coordinated regional economic development is regional cooperation, it aims at solving the dismatch between the limited natural resources and diversity demands, its final results are high productivity gains and the regional division of labor. Through cooperation between different regions to form a reasonable industrial structure based on the efficient use of resources, sharing fruits of economic development. The five provinces of Northwest China, though they have a vast area and abundant natural resources, but are restricted by their inner landscape and weak economic development basis, it is necessary to work together to promote the region as a whole to broaden domestic and foreign markets, narrow the economic development gap with the eastern region, opening up new foreign trade.This paper summaries connotation characteristics evalution index of coordinated development of regional economic,chooses the index from four perpectives, they are the level of development of regions, urban and rural incomes, industrial structure and local government revenue in four areas, the status of the coordinated development of the five northwestern provinces analyzed in based on this, the five provinces are seen as western regional economic subsystem, system as a composite made of a composite system, select the appropriate order parameter, build composite system coordination degree model from 2001- 2014, the five provinces of the northwestern economy The Empirical analysis of the sequence and complex coordination trends are 1 order parameter in each regional economic subsystem degree of ordering a steady upward trend, suggesting that the regional economic development of five provinces of Northwese China western are in good condition 2. subsystems ordered distribution in the range 0.887-0.893, demenstrates the economic order of five five provinces is similar to each other, and showed an upward trend year by year, lays a good foundation for the five northwestern provinces to achieve coordinated development. 3. The five northwestern provinces coordinated development of complex systems at a low level, the highest level of coordination of the development of 0.140, the lowest level was 0.021, the average level of 0.095, and there is a small decline in 2013, described the coordinated development level of five provinces west is not high, but in the context of regional cooperation between different regions, each region would eliminate the protection of geographical, boost economic cooperation and deeper cooperation in trade, finance, science and technology, industry, infrastructure, reduce regional logistics costs, resources effective flow, to further improve the efficiency of resource use, improve the quantitative and qualitative of economic.Thus, according to the empirical results, this paper suggests five northwestern provinces should work as a whole in an open environment, strengthing cooperation and jointly establish a unified market, improving the coordination mechanisms between central and local government as well as among five regions, working out reasonable compensation and benefits allocation policy.
