Urbanization In Western Minority Regions

Urbanization is a natural process of social development generally from agricultural society to modern city society gradually, in the development process of a great change of the social and economic structure, social economy get unprecedented development. The western minority areas in China are mostly belongs to the inland,terrain and landform characteristics and diversified geographical area is open, but the natural conditions of various regions in the area of difference is very big, the conditions of the economic and social development between regional disequilibrium.Linxia hui autonomous prefecture, relative lag of urbanization development, is one of the main reasons for restricting the development of social economy. LinXia Zhou is one of the two hui autonomous prefecture in China, is also the country's dominant ethnic minority areas, and its economic development in each index in the national minority autonomous prefecture in place, is a typical minority poverty areas. Since the1980 s in the development of minority areas of our country, the urbanization is an important factor to promote the development of ethnic minority areas, ethnic minority areas in modern change and new trend to promote the development of national economy rapidly.This article is divided into four parts, based on the theory of marxist analysis of the problems existing in the development process of urbanization in western ethnic minority and its countermeasures.The first part, starting from the general law of urbanization development, based on the theory of marxism urbanization related theory, analysis the connotation of urbanization in western minority regions, and law of development, summed up the characteristics of the urbanization in western minority regions.The second part, from the linxia hui autonomous prefecture, history background and realistic conditions, summarizes the development process of the urbanization and the region at present results.The third part, on the basis of field investigation, summed up the linxia hui autonomous prefecture, existing problems and restricting factors in the process ofurbanization.The fourth part:,in this paper, with the linxia hui autonomous prefecture, adapt to the development of urbanization development way and countermeasure, and puts forward constructive Suggestions on it.
