The Process Of Land-lost Farmers Interests In Our Urbanization For Safeguard Mechanism Research

With the accelerated process of industrialization, urbanization has become the inevitable trend of China's economic and social development. City expansion must need more land, city is also a process of non-agricultural transfer of farmers.Urbanization is a "double-edged sword", while promoting economic development, it occupies a large area of arable land, resulting in the phenomenon of farmers lost their land. At present, the establishment and improvement of the benefit guarantee mechanism of landless peasants has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, the use of the relevant content of Marx's theory of land rent, from four aspects to explore the root causes of the problem, from the institutional mechanisms to protect the interests of landless peasants, the main way to protect.The first part mainly discusses the problems of urbanization and land losing farmers. From the urbanization and its evolution, the problem of landless peasants in the process of urbanization in China, and the profound significance of solving the problem of landless peasants in our country.The second part from the Marxist theory of land rent of explains the basic content of Marx's theory of land rent, compares and analyzes the Marx land rent theory, and on this basis, discussed the contemporary value of Marx's theory of land rent.The third part mainly discusses the current situation, problems and causes of the interests protection mechanism of land lost farmers in China.The fourth part mainly discusses the issues on the construction of Marxist theory of land rent and land lost peasants' interests protection mechanism, starting from the Marxist theory of land rent, the application in the protection of the interests of landless peasants problem solving, discusses the establishment and improvement of China's protection of the interests of landless peasants mechanism.
