Urbanization rised from the1980’ s,30years has pasted, In this process, the numberof the farmers who lost the land has accumulated to nearly fifty million. Because ofurbanization and industrialization, large area of land has been requisited. China developrapidly, tall buildings have mushroomed, but lots of the farmers’ interests have beendamaged. In the course of urbanization, land requisition system isn’t perfect andmeanwhile, the ownership of the land isn’t clear,so many units take advantage ofthat,buy low/sell high, not giving land-lost farmers reasonable compensation. landlessfarmers have always been in a weak state, the government just do the one-off monetarycompensation for them, this approach only could solve the problem of farmers’ at thattime, when limited evacuees run out, their survival and the future development will be introuble, how to protect the benefits of the farmers then became a hot topic.According to the present situation of the farmers’ benefit protection, this paper putsforward the reasons of the existence of the problem, refer to Britain, the United States,Japan and other developed countries I carries on the analysis comparison andsummarizing the experience, and finally puts forward practical measures to protectfarmers’ interests, This article is divided into five parts, the first part introduces thedomestic and foreign research review; The second section describes the current situationthat land-lost farmers of our country faced and the negative social effects; The thirdsection analyzes the problems existing in the course of levying land; The fourth partintroduces enlightenment and role of foreign peasants’ benefits protection; The fifthsection,based on those above-mentioned analysis, puts forward the countermeasures andsuggestions to solve the benefit insurance problem of farmer who lost land.
