Study On Landscape Ecological Impact Assessment Of Land Consolidation Project

Land consolidation is a complex project,it is in accordance with certain procedures and applications of a variety of technical means in the process of implementation,to realize the rectification and governance of farmland,water,roads,forests and other land,improving the regional production and living environment,eventually increasing the land utilization ratio and productivity.Along with the implementation of land consolidation project,it will inevitably impact landscape ecological of the area and surrounding areas.The research for evaluating which land consolidation effects on area's landscape ecological is necessary,it can provide a theoretical reference to the sustainable land consolidation in future.This paper based on the theory of landscape ecology,analyzes the effects which land consolidation acts on regional landscape ecological from the landscape pattern,landscape ecological stability and landscape function respectively.Effects on landscape pattern are mainly analyzed from plaques,landscape diversity and corridor three aspects;effects on landscape ecological stability are mainly analyzed from the soil,vegetation,water resources and biodiversity;and effects on landscape features are mainly analyzed from the landscape productivity and landscape aesthetic function.Based on the analysis of the effects which land consolidation acts on area's landscape ecological,selected 18 indicators,such as patch density,Shannon diversity index,corridor network connectivity,biological richness and so on,to build evaluation index system,then do the single factor evaluation,and using AHP to calculate the indexes' weights,using the comprehensive index method and matter-element analysis method to build model respectively,aim to realize the comprehensive evaluation about the effects which land consolidation acts on areas' landscape ecological.Taking Hong Mo Town's land consolidation project as an example to study on the landscape ecological impact assessment.The results which based on the composite index method is that: land consolidation not only has positive effects but also has negative effects on the area's landscape ecology,but in the whole,it has the positive effects on the landscape pattern,the stability of landscape ecology and thelandscape function respectively,the degrees of the landscape function,the landscape pattern and the landscape ecology are improved by 6.04%,3.60%,2.78%,the evaluation index of the whole landscape quality is improved by 3.67%;The results which based on the matter element analysis model is that: the indexes' levels of the landscape pattern,the stability of landscape ecology and landscape function are all improved from the "general" to the "better",but as far as the point of correlation values,they still have gaps with "better" 's upper level.The evaluation results of the two methods are basically identical: after the land consolidation,the regional landscape pattern is optimized,the landscape function is improved and the stability is enhanced,the whole regional landscape ecological quality is improved.
