Study On Beautiful Rural Evaluation And Land Consolidation Strategy Based On Landscape Ecology

In recent years, many of our government work reports emphasized to put the ecological civilization construction in the prominent position and try to construct the beautiful China to achieve the sustainable development of the China. Because rural land accounts for most of territory area, in order to achieve the grand goal of beautiful China,we must realize the construction of beautiful rural first.However, the majority of areas in the process of rural consolidation lacked of ideological understanding and followed the example of urban construction blindly. Many roads,river banks, ditches that need of ecological construction are hardened excessively;Many ponds with function of self-restraint were filled or hardended. That caused serious damage to the wildlife habitat and the biodiversity was reduced.The original pattern of village, historical sites,natural resources and historical cultural heritage were destroyed too. In this reasone the rural residential areas lack of local cultural characteristics.The rural landscape ecological and aesthetic value were reduced. Under this background,establishing a set of beautiful rural evaluation index system and providing the rural land consolidation strategies based on landscape ecology, to provide decision-making guidance for the government, has becoming the important stream of the current land consolidation plan.The thesis investigated land consolidation project in typical areas of Hubei Province first, then used FRAGSTATS analysis method and AHP method to evaluate the beautiful rural and provide the strategy of ecological landscape land consolidation,based on the theory of landscape ecology and landscape aesthetics. The strategy are used to solve the problems in current countryside and problems in the process of rural land consolidation. The research as follows:(1)The thesis summarized and analyzed the natural environment, social economy, land utilization,landscape ecological,the beautiful rural Overview of Hubei Province.Then the thesis classified the rural landscape and investigated typical land consolidation projects in typical areas of Hubei Province. The thesis analysised the advantages of rural, the problems and successful experience in the process land consolidation about the three villages in Hubei Province detaily. Finally the thesis summarized the characteristics and problems of the beautiful countryside of Hubei province.(2)The thesis builded the evaluation index system of "beautiful rural". The index system mainly includes four layers of the project:production function, life function, ecological function, cultural function; Seven layers:productive, convenience, living environment,landscape index,natural environment,cultural environment, cultivation.After the standardization of the indicator layers data, the thesis used the AHP method to evaluate taoyuan village. To test the accuracy of the evaluation results the thesis cited index system of results have been achieved about rural landscape function evaluation to evaluat taoyuan village agian. Two evaluation results showed that its level was good. Finally the thesis analysed the reasons of each index score of taoyuan village.(3) The thesis provided ecological landscape land consolidation strategy and summarized the experience of typical area land consolidation project. The strategy was aimed at the farmland landscape, lake landscape, river landscape, road landscape, forest landscape, garden landscape, rural settlement landscape, ancient village protection.
