The Research On Rural Old-Age Security Under The Background Of Land Transfer

Through the ages,land is the foundation of the agricultural development of our country.It is the footstone of rural social stability and the important source for life of peasants.But with the acceleration of integrated process of Urban and Rural Areas,upgrade of agricultural production structure,and expansion of land transfer scale,the land security function has been weakened gradually.Rural pension security is the essential problem of social security in rural areas.So to establish and complete a practical rural old-age security system becomes the priority among priorities to solve issues of agriculture in China.And it is also an important problem in front of new rural construction.In the background of land transfer,from the aspect of perfect rural old-age security system,this paper starts from the course of Chinese rural pension security and land transfer,dissects the condition and problems of our country’s rural land system,discusses the internal relations between rural land circulation and the foundation of rural pension security,analyzes the chance and dilemma the land transfer brought to our country’s old-age security.Aiming at the land circulation system’s influence towards old age security system for farmers,this paper explains the interaction between land transfer and rural old-age security.It explores and researched the rural old-age security in the background of land transfer,and puts forwards relative policy suggestion,which is of great importance in promoting social harmony and stability and solving most farmers’ supporting problem.
