The Industry-University-Research (IUR) Cooperation is an essential method of science andtechnology innovation, which is also critical in the integration of science, technology and economy,as a cross-organization phenomenon, the motivation is knowledge-sharing and promotes the flow ofknowledge among organizations. The flow of knowledge is necessary to IUR Cooperation, theeffectiveness of knowledge flow directly affect the organization’s core competitiveness. Researcheson tacit knowledge have been done deeply by scholars, however, the study on dynamics of tacitknowledge flow in IUR Cooperation is a relatively new field. This paper launches the research from the following three aspects: the attributes of tacitknowledge flow within entities in the IUR Cooperation, modeling analysis of tacit knowledge flow, analysis of interest distribution among entities in the IUR Cooperation.Firstly, this paper focuses on the study on the attributes of tacit knowledge flow within entitiesin the IUR Cooperation with case of Universities. Knowledge flow possesses similar qualities asfluids, this paper analogizes the flow control valve in Fluid Mechanics to the study on the attributesof tacit knowledge flow within entities in the IUR Cooperation constructively, proposes thestructure diagram of the attributes, and analyzes the effects of the attributes to tacit knowledge flow.Suggestions to promote efficient tacit knowledge flows within universities are raised on this basis.Secondly, this paper focuses on the study modeling analysis of tacit knowledge flow in IURCooperation based on fuzzy Petri net. Due to the fuzziness of the relationship among influencingfactors of tacit knowledge flow in IUR Cooperation, this paper constructs the fuzzy Petri net modelof tacit knowledge flow in terms of the theory of fuzzy Petri net, then designs the algorithm ofcritical path in working out the influence degree to flow effect of critical factors. The influencingfactors are analyzed through quantitative index. Studies show that the benefit distribution system inIUR Cooperation has the most influential effect on tacit knowledge flow. Finally, this paper focuses on analysis of interest distribution among entities in the IURCooperation. The study utilizes the game theory to construct model of interest distribution amongentities in the IUR Cooperation, analyzing the optimal strategies various entities could take in thecases of Nash, Stackelberg and cooperative game. The paper utilizes the Rubinstein bargainingmodel to study the residual interest distribution of the cooperation system, shows the Pareto optimalsolution of the interest among various entities in the cooperation, and draws relevant conclusions.
