At this stage, the competition of China's financial business has heated up. Under the tremendous pressure, banks began to make "customer-centric" business idea, strengthening their competitive advantage through a variety of reform, and improving their customer satisfaction. Among them, the optimization of business processes is an important means to improve the bank's own competitiveness. By process innovation, especially innovation of business process, many well-known foreign banks have improved the management level and business process efficiency which establishing their leadership position in their banking business, with a huge successful practicing the "process bank" concept.When large domestic commercial banks have business transformation through process optimization methods, and enhancing the operational management capabilities, rigid management system and inefficient business process of small city commercial banks hampered their development seriously. T-bank, as one of the members, also needs to make "process bank" concept as a benchmark, from their own facts, through business process optimization to improve the remittance business process efficiency, saving their own resources while reducing customer waiting time.This paper shows a detailed description of basic situation, remittance services processing stage and handling efficiency of T Bank, making a summary on the problems of remittance process, and analyzing the causes from operation system, position setting and system files etc. Through the summary on successful experience of domestic and international banking business process optimization and the facts of T banking business process optimization, from the perspective of efficiency improving, cost controlling, this thesis has provided advantaged suggestion for operating system upgrade, electronic imaging systems adding, electronic seal-check systems, review staff centralized management, front and back desk process separation and standard operating procedures, uniform standards for T Bank, which hoping these suggestions could do a help to the remittance business efficiency improvement, operating costs reducing of T bank so as to achieve the purposes of improving operating and management capabilities by process optimization.
