In the background of knowledge economy, the amount of talents are more and more fundamental to knowledge-based enterprises for their survival, they actively apply management knowledge, management experience and consistent learning to promote the business, having their companies develop with the time and surroundings. How to develop with time and how to develop with our surroundings nowadays? Naturally,it must be attributed to the use of corporate knowledge to create wealth of talent. With the development and dissemination of motivation theory, motivate scientifically and keep people has become a focus of attention.50 years since the 20th century, the content type of incentive theory in the United States continue to emerge, Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs, Clayton Alderfer's ERG theory, and David McClelland's Achievement Theory and so on. Between these wonderful theories, the American Psychological scientist Fredrick Herzberg's two-factor theory is particularly of concern.Herzberg believes that hygiene factors can not directly play the role of incentives, but it can prevent dissatisfaction. Hygiene factors improved, people's discontent will eliminate, but will not lead to positive results. The motivating factor is a key factor in employee satisfaction generated.Incentives for the promotion of the work included, challenge, growth, full responsibility and sense of accomplishment for a larger staff have great effect of incentives. But is the hygiene factor will certainly not play the role of incentives, or that hygiene factors do good, just not satisfied with the staff only to eliminate it? Retain people then use them. "keep by conditions","keep by emotion",this rhetoric is not uncommon, are the two hygiene factors as the company continues to struggle to stay in the staff, not satisfied with the company but because the company did not satisfied? Hygiene factors include a large number of elements:salary, company policy and administrative management, collaborative working relationships, working conditions and welfare insurance and so on. More and more job seekers in choosing a company, launched his career when the conditions of this series will be valued, and these factors for the selection of his work also plays a vital role.Two-factor theory of motivation based on willingness of the staff, studying different factors inducing the effect of intrinsic motivation, proposed those factors and their roles, and then guided practice. However, in different national conditions and characteristics of the corporation, under what kinds of elements is for these knowledge workers are valued and are willing to work for, do not completely exclude out hygiene factors and just admit it play a role in the maintenance and the elimination of dissatisfaction? Salaries, benefits, relationships which proved significant to motivate are called hygiene factors in employee incentives. This will "have huge incentive effect, not only for the maintenance of hygiene factors in the role of discussed point of view. With the help of qualitative research--in-depth interviews,â… chose the theme and frame of this paper by reading a lot of materials, including magazines, journals, newspapers, other books. Finally, the findings obtained by analysis of the two major elements of health and motivation of their own intrinsic motivation. Through analysis of interview data, we draw this conclusion:by the Chinese cultural background and the current level of economic development, two-factor theory of "hygiene factor" of the management consulting industry employees also have the incentive, and to pay The most obvious incentive, even in certain cases, the "hygiene factor" of the incentive is greater than "motivating factor." At the same time, two-factor theory of motivation factors also play a role in motivation, especially "success and growth" factors included "the space and opportunity for self-development" and "training and learning opportunities," the most intrinsic motivation effects. And then propose ways to improve the hygiene factors motivating staff incentive consulting industry measures.
