At present, the new generation of after 80 and 90 employees boarded the stage and gradually occupied the workplace. The writer found that the type of work which the new generation of after 80 and 90 employees work in includes two aspects through the investigation: one is engaged in the office, R & D and other types of mental work; the other is engaged in factories, workshops, retail staff, construction sites and other types of manual work. The new generation of employees affected by the social environment, and their character, thoughts, cultural awareness, values and other aspects are in consistency, and different from the other's employees. The new generation of employees change jobs frequently, suffer poor, weak sense of responsibility compared to after 60 and 70 employees, so they give human resource management the new challenges, and the old human resources management has been unable to achieve effective management of the new generation of employees.In the line of the new generation of low-educated workers is the "cornerstone" for development of the business, and it's the service, direct creator of enterprise products. Electronic equipment manufacturing industry accelerated, has a higher market share. Although inseparable from the support and contribution of technical scientific and technical personnel, electronic equipment manufacturing industry is still in labor-intensive enterprises, then 80% of front-line staff in the factory among low educated employees. The management is directly related to product quality, productivity, and product costs, but also related to the survival of an enterprise basis directly. Faced with the new generation of low-educated workers fragile mind and management issues occur frequently, companies always think how to manage this new generation of employees, how to motivate this particular group so that growth and success has been more and more attention.This thesis clearly defines the concept of the new generation of low-educated workers, the distinction between the new generations of low-educated group of employees. The writer systematically investigate the enterprises plant, Management of the new generation of low education workshop staff and problems from electronic equipment manufacturing in Hubei Province. The difficulty in new generation of low-educated workforce management lies in its counter-productive behavior management. This thesis conducts research for the new generation of anti-production behavior of employees with low education through questionnaires and interviews, in-depth Hubei Province electronic equipment manufacturing. The writer understand counter-productive behavior of Hubei new generation of electronic equipment manufacturing low-educated workers manifestations through data analysis. In this thesis, work values, organizational environment, business ethics climate, job satisfaction and organizational justice explore five aspects affect the relationship between behavior and counter-productive to build the new generation of low-educated workers counterproductive behavior by studying the impact factor model assumptions, the use of factor research methods analysis and correlation analysis, testing hypotheses and models and draw a final conclusion.Finally, the writer make counter-productive behavior management strategies from staff selection and recruitment, organizational environmental management, organizational justice system management, corporate culture management and employee behavior management five aspects of the new generation of low-educated workers for research and analysis conclusions, to help companies control and management the new generation of anti-production behavior of employees with low education, improve production efficiency and economic benefits.
