The Design And Implementation Of The Comprehensive Management System For Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the development of relevant policies on vocational education,the management of students in vocational education is becoming more and more important.The students of vocational schools are very different from those of ordinary education.Therefore,the management system of ordinary education can not be used in the management.At present,most of the secondary vocational school management system lacks the information of enterprise management(Student Internship),and students'management is a difficult point for students during their internship.This paper will develop and realize the student integrated management system based on secondary vocational schools.In the process of development,first,the user types of the system are planned,including students,teachers,parents,enterprises,moral education and other related users,and the enterprise users can strengthen the management of students during the internship,which is a key point of the system design.According to the system requirements,collect relevant technical information,select appropriate technical solutions,and complete the system architecture design.The paper gives the user information demand map,according to the information division function module,including:student information module,teacher evaluation module,enterprise evaluation module,moral evaluation module,among which student information is the key point of the function module,and can evaluate the students' learning situation in a multi dimension.Each module has completed the design of relevant information,and designed the goals that each user should achieve,such as login interface,information interface and so on.After completing the prototype design,the related database tables and data tables are connected to the design field of the functional modules.Finally write the code to implement the system,and carry out corresponding tests under each module.The system test project and the corresponding test plan are designed,the system function module test and the system debugging are completed,and the detailed test information is given.Through the test of the system,each user can implement the corresponding function,we can all understand student information in a multidimensional way(for example,the enterprise can understand the information of the students in their own enterprise);Read the information of students in the enterprise,and predict the development of students.(Such as participating in the college entrance examination,participating in the competition and Stay in school).The test results show that the system design has achieved the desired goal.
