The Design And Implementation Of The Case Comprehensive Information System

With the development and improvement of network technology,information technology has been gradually applied to various aspects of our society,and has attracted more attention from all walks of life.Public safety agency is responsible for the protection of social security,so the information technology play an important role in the daily work.As a result,the construction of information systems has become an important direction for the development of police work in recent years.The grass-root public safety agency needs to build an information management system to meet their requirements according to the characteristics of daily work.Thus they can use high technologies to enhance the strength of police forces and protect our social security,then achieve the goal of strengthening the police with technology.Based on WEB technology and ASP.NET technology and through detailed research and analysis,the comprehensive management system of case are designed and exploited according to the practical requirement of police.The system will produce a large amount of data in the course of running,so we decide to use SQL Server 2012 tools to manage and maintain the data.At the same time,the author makes comprehensive analyzes of the data due to different objects,and finally finished the criminal case management system,daily office system,administrative case management system and so on.We can check and manage the process of criminal case filing and detection through criminal case management system.The daily office system is a conventional tool for handling the case.We can also use Web browser for accessing the program,what is more convenient.After finished the program,we made test of the function and performance using the method of black and white box,and we found some anomalies and problems which need us to perfect.The key to this system design is that all users can participate in the system according to their permissions,thus it provides a platform for communicating with each other and solve the problem of case management through the development and use of this system.After the installation and use of the system,we found that it's easy to operate and the interface is clear,which help the police for management.Through the subsequent improvement,the system has been installed and used in an area,and everthing is normal.
