Design And Application Of Embedded Web Server Based On FPGA

Embedded Web server is the product of the application of WWW technology on embedded devices,and it is a special application of embedded devices connected to the internet.Users can access the embedded Web server through the browser on the PC machine.According to the network page provided by the server,we can see the working state of the embedded device,and also can control the embedded device through the Web browser.Embedded Web server with its inherent advantages: small size,high performance,low power consumption,simple and convenient advantages,is to get the ASIC market.At the same time,with the continuous development and breakthrough of field programmable technology,FPGA plays a more and more important role in the embedded system.It has been widely used in aerospace,medical,automotive electronics,communication base station and other fields.From the above point of view,the research of embedded Web server based on FPGA is a new direction in the field of FPGA development.The content of this subject is to study the design of embedded Web server based on FPGA,and on this basis,the control function of data acquisition module and the fu nction of online upgrade are realized.This paper is based on the Micro Blaze soft core processor as the core,the paper proposed a design scheme of embedded Web server: "M icroBlaze+LWIP+MFS+HTTP",the design of a SOPC system in the Xilinx Kintex-7 de velopment board;according to the requirements of the project,FPGA chip to design a general data acquisition module.By embedding the embedded Web server into the data acquisition module,the user can remotely control the data acquisition module.Through the validation of the actual project,the research content of this project is feasible.The main controller is implemented by MicroBlaze soft core processor,and its function can be customized according to the actual needs;Combined with the existing or own IP core,it is convenient to expand the other functions on the basis of the existing Web server functions.The embedded Web server based on FPGA has won the extensive developer's preference because of its advantages such as small size,repeatable programming,flexible design and short development and verification cycle.
