As an archive organization voluntarily joined by archival students from all walks of life,archives academic organizations have made tremendous contributions in promoting the development of archival science.However,it seems that archives academic groups have not fully played their due role in our country.Due to the relatively late start of China's archival academic community,the archives and all walks of life have not paid enough attention to the archival academic community.In comparison,the archival academic community in the United States has a long history.It is relatively complete in terms of institutional level and activity organization,especially in the annual archives of American archivists organized by the American Association of Archivists.Its international influence has certain reference significance for our country.This article analyzes and studies the development status of archival academic organizations in China and the United States.Based on their different management systems and developments,it compares and analyzes the differences between China and the United States in the organizational structure and system construction of archival academic organizations,and studies American archival academics.The group ' s successful experience in enhancing international influence,emphasizing membership development,and training file professionals has yielded implications for the further development of China's archival academic community through the development of archives academic groups in the United States,with a view to helping China's archival career.
