Research On The File Management Of Migrant Workers In Cities

With the development of Chinese economy,and the necessary of the urban construction,an ever-increasing number of urban migrant workers have poured into the city.Making the management of migrant workers file resources more effective can deepen the human resources allocation,and further optimize the structure of talent.The urban migrant workers are mobile than other people,so it is difficult to manage their archives.This article defines the concept of the migrant workers at first,then introduce the characteristics,management status,and developing trend.Meanwhile,classifying it according to the feature.The article mainly introduces the content of the archives management about the migrant workers.Further more,it introduces some problems at the stage of nowadays,and put some measures to solve it,in order to fasten the project of migrant workers’ archives management,and show their ability.
