In recent years,with the im provement of material living standards and the accelerated pace of life,people's bad eating habits and stress,depressed mood,so that the incidence of heart disease in China increased substantially.Electrocardiographic monitoring is an ef fective means to identify and identify patients with heart disease.From the configuration of the hospital situation,ECG ECG monitoring because not 24 hours monitoring,often there are some credibility on condition of final diagnos is;although Holter ECG monitoring can be done 24 hours dynamic monitoring for disease diagnosis can also provide a more reliable basis,but the monitoring equipment of large volume,the price is not cheap,generally difficult to carry patients or use at home.In this case,the need for simple,small,portable ECG monitoring equipment available to the market,to meet the needs of the vast number of heart disease patients and potential heart disease groups.In this paper,the design of wireless ECG acquisition module based on Bluetooth protocol as the core content,the work includes: first,the basic knowledge of ECG signal and Bluetooth comm unication technology are described,analyzed the forming mechanism of the ECG signal,analyzes the characteristics of each band in the electrocardiogram,expounds the various interference possibly encountered ECG signal acquisition in the process,structure and characteristics of the contrast of ECG in the system,the basic principle and protocol stack of Bluetooth communication technology,analyzes the structure of.Second,on the basis of giving the overall design framework of the hardware,the acquisition circuit,the main control circuit and the communication circuit are further detailed designed.In the acquisition circuit,the ADS1298 is used as the core chip,and then the detection circuit of abnormal lead is designed.With STM32F103 as the core chip of the main control circuit,and the design of the minimum system based on STM32F103,including debugging circuit and reset circuit;using RN4020 as the core chip in the communicati on circuit,and the main features are elaborated.Third,the overall design scheme and detailed process of the software are given.Clock control program and lead detection program are designed.According to the 50 Hz power frequency interference,a special notch filter is set up to complete the ECG acquisition data processing.Based on Bluetooth protocol HCI,data tran smission protocol and data receiving protocol are designed respectively.Fourth,the ECG acquisition prototype system is built and the experimental research is carried out.
