Design And Implementation Of A Medical Safety Adverse Event Reporting System

With the constant improvement of timely and accurate requirements of the National Health Planning Commission on adverse event reporting of hospital medical safety,the traditional way of manual paper-based data report has been unable to meet the requirements.The construction of the adverse event reporting system of medical safety is an important means to improve the timeliness and accuracy of the data reporting,which promotes the informatization and precision of hospital management.This article based on adverse event reporting system of medical safety of the B/S structure of "Oracle + IIS + JavaScript",and expounds the key technological points and implementation methods.The system can provide event report management,event audit process control management,event data statistics analysis,system settings and other event management services.The hospital HIS system,SMS platform system interface can achieve the rapid entry of patient information and check the process of SMS alerts,and improve the efficiency of the event entry and audit.This paper first describes the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,and then introduces the key technologies and the software platform used in the system construction,and take advantage of unified modeling language UML to make the demand analysis of the system,to make an outline design for the overall framework of the system according to the demand analysis result,to make a detailed design for the function realization of each module,to achieve the design of the database according to the principles of rational database design,to show the code of the system and the corresponding interface,to carry out complete unit testing and integration testing for the system,and finally,puts forward the further improvement suggestions for the system based on running condition and test results.
