Micro drill is an indispensable part of the PCB board production.It is particularly important for the quality and efficiency of its production and testing.In order to improve its detection efficiency,this paper based on the image acquired by the array camera,according to the machine vision and image processing technology,the best processing algorithm is selected to deal with the image processing and judgment.And for the sake of improving the accuracy of the system and controlling the cost of production,he following work was carried out in this paper:By analyzing and comparing various image preprocessing methods,bilateral filtering and improved Canny algorithm are finally chosen as image preprocessing method,and the edge image filtering and contour extraction are realized Simultaneously.In order to obtain the image of the bit face to be detected,a scheme is proposed,which is composed of an industrial camera,a lens,a special light source,an image acquisition card,an industrial computer and other hardware.An algorithm based on Shi-Tomasl corner detection,template matching and contour matching is adopted to detect the edge quality of micro drill bit.Through the detection system software,the quality of the bit edge is detected,and the correlation detection results are displayed.which is based on OpenCV,C++ and Visual Studio 2010 design related algorithms.The edge detection and verification are carried out on which.The results show that the system has the function of detecting the quality of micro drill edge,and can realize the quality inspection of the bit edge.
