The ship's dynamic information is the basic data of the shipping enterprise.All the business systems of the shipping enterprise are closely related to the dynamic of the ship,such as ship position,arrival,departure,loading and discharge,Dynamic data in the shipping industry is often referred to as ship scheduling data,how scientific and effective management of ship scheduling data,has been the focus of attention of shipping companies.To this end,this paper studies how to use the information technology to carry out comprehensive and effective management of ship scheduling data,the ship basic data,voyage information,cargo data and other business data integrated in the same information platform(ocean ship's operation MIS)and Business process reengineering,at the same time using the latest big data analysis technology to analyze the scheduling data,statistics of the global hot ports and routes,in order to improve the shipping companies ship management level.This paper describes some basic concepts of management information system and shipping big data.Through the analysis of the business requirements of ocean-going ship dispatching management system,it clarifies the functional requirements that the system needs to realize,and focuses on the requirements of ship's specifications,global port information,port Distance management information,as well as national and sea areas and other codes to regulate the effective management of the basis of the voyage task scheduling,planned cargo,in Hong Kong operations,shipping and other key business processes based on the Spring framework of the design and programming process;This paper introduces the installation and configuration of the Hadoop pseudo-distributed cluster,which includes three nodes,from the ocean ship's operation MIS and the ship automatic identification system.In this paper,Referred to as the AIS system),the voyage port data is stored on the HDFS,using Spark as the data processing engine,using Zeppelin and other tools to analyze the global hot port and route conditions.In the process of developing Ship's operation MIS,object-oriented software analysis and system design method are used.The method is analyzed and designed by UML,and the program is developed based on B/S structure in Java,Weblogic and Oracle are used for the middleware and database.
