In the precision automatic measurement field and the radio frequency field,high precision automatic switch system is necessary.So a high efficiency,anti-interference switch system is significant.Ordinary electromagnetic relays are easily influenced by EMI/RFI,at the same time they bring electromagnetic noise to the lines.In the field of precision measurement and RF applications,such relays cause error.Based on the Lab VIEW platform,through NI-DAQmx hardware driver,coaxial relays were controlled by program to switch and coaxial circuit could automatically turn on or turn off.Choose NI USB-6509 data acquisition equipment set up the hardware control system with NI SCB-100 connector block and SH100-100-F coaxial cable.Coaxial switch controlled 23 binary-weighted capacitor elements.Process realize any single capacitance output and any combined capacitance output.Capacitance bridge was used for testing the output value.Design and make Air bath,and place coaxial switch system in it.Then put all of those in a constant temperature laboratory to try to reduce external environment interference on the result of the experiment.The result reflected that this coaxial switch system based on Lab VIEW can switch any capacitor.The precision and automation of the system were greatly improved.
