In recent years, both in the international situation and domestic development condition, the security equipment has be come the equipment which can guarantee the people's public security and safeguard the interests of the Country. With the improvement of social public security awareness, people hope the all performances of the security inspection to be improved. The acquisition and transmission system of the security inspection is the key to the security technology. The design named security acquisition and transmission is based on FPGA. It need to make the signal which is got from the X-ray detector send into FPGA through the AD7667's Analog-To-Digital conversion, then transmit the data into PC via USB control chip CY7C68013 A or Ethernet control chip DM9000 A. After the data is transmitted to PC, the design uses the “EZ-USB Control Panel” to read the data which is provied by the official CYPRESS. And the design uses the “wireshakr” to capture and analyse the data sending by Ethernet. The system contain the design of hardware circuit and software programming. The hardware circuit include power module, A/D collection module, USB transfer module, Ethernet communication module and the periphery circuit design of the FPGA. I use the Quartus II and Nios II as the software development platform. The user can design or add the soft core according their own requirements. At the same t ime, it can be done in the C and VHDL programmable language which making the design become flexible and simple.
