APP Software Uses Quality Attribute Measurement Methods To Study And Implement

With the progress of science and technology,the rapid development of the Internet brings a lot of convenience.Mobile smart phone development make more people live tend to facilitate,which make APP software is widely used.According to the needs of all walks of life,different types of APP software has been developed in batches,this APP software has been applied to people's real life.However,the application of APP software not only brings convenience to people,but also brings a lot of potential harm,for example,many APPs software will read the user's personal information,resulting in the disclosure of personal information and so on.This is due to the current development of APP software is not a unified process,and the market for the APP software quality monitoring is not strict standards.Therefore,the study of APP software quality has become an important subject of the present era.In March 2011,ISO/IEC updated the ISO/IEC 9126 software quality model and released the ISO/IEC 25010 quality standard.The internal quality and external quality of the general software were defined in detail.The internal quality was divided into five Level indicators,namely,satisfaction,efficiency,effectiveness,context,risk aversion and nine secondary indicators.At present,the existing software quality model is for ordinary software,because the APP software is a new product,and have a great influence on people's life,so we need to study ISO/IEC 25010 standard for new software quality evaluation indicators,which also apply to APP software.Are there any specific quality attributes in APP software?Based on the quality model of ISO/IEC 25010,this paper constructs a quality model for APP software,and uses this model to classify the user commons of APP software.This paper mainly includes the following contents:1)From the quality of use,classify the user commons of APP software,get the 13 kinds of APP software;at the same time,through the web crawler way to get common APP software of user comments information,then manually annotated user comments,finally get the use of APP software quality characteristics based on user comments.2)Analysis of the similarities and differences between APP software and common software based on the ISO/IEC25010 software quality model,proposed a three layers APP software quality model.3)Based on the above APP software quality model,by referring to the general software quality evaluation model and measurement indicators,the characteristics of the proposed model and the measurement methods of the sub characteristics are summarized,and the model metrics are verified and adjusted based on many experiments.4)Using triangular fuzzy AHP method to determine the subjective weights of APP software quality model,sub characteristics and metrics,and use a simple linear weighting method,a comprehensive evaluation of APP software quality and ranking.Finally,we validate the effectiveness of the proposed APP software to the useof quality model and evaluation method.
