Since the new period,the national economy has been further developed,the people's living standards have been generally improved,and the pursuit of spiritual culture has been increasing,people's participation in culture,the creation of culture,enjoy the culture,the culture of the sense of ownership of the people continue to strengthen.As an important institution of public cultural service,the museum has the responsibility of providing high quality cultural resources for the people.Public education has become one of the important functions of the museum.Among them,the museum volunteer is an important carrier to achieve museum public education function.The management of the benefits of upgrading,is a common problem in the industry and academia.However,due to the public welfare of volunteer work,the general way of human resource management is not fully applicable here,so how to attract and retain more outstanding volunteers,how to conduct scientific and effective management of volunteers,how can we make The use of their responsibility,how to work together with volunteers to achieve the purpose of the museum and the mission,etc.,have become significant for the museum to achieve scientific management.This paper mainly analyzes the motivations of the core volunteers of the museum from the point of view of the volunteer participation motive of the museum,and puts forward the corresponding scientific management countermeasures by satisfying the motive force as the starting point.
