With the fleet expansion of mobile internet technology and mobile communication technology,small size smart phone has the characteristics of portability and intelligence,which makes the popularity of smart phones rising.The huge advantage of smart phones accessing the Internet at any time leads to a surge in the number of Internet users using smart phones.In order to adapt to the needs of a large number of mobile phone users,enterprises,individuals,and other developers launch a large number of mobile Applications,namely mobile phone App.Due to the wide variety of mobile phone App,covering a wide range of areas,which can adapt to the needs of multiple users of mobile phones and other characteristics,the mobile phone App has increasingly become the main way to get people's daily information.However,the current mobile App market system is chaotic,serious homogenization and uneven quality,so that users have displayed different evaluation for App information access,so App retention rate is not high.Therefore,in order to enable developers to master the demands of users,more targeted to the design and optimization of mobile phone App,the App can be improved in retention rate and allow users to use the satisfied mobile phone App access to information.This paper has theoretical significance and great practical significance for China's mobile phone based on App information on factors affecting satisfaction.In this paper,according to the characteristics of mobile phone App information,six factors of influencing customer satisfaction are put forward,including the App interface design,safety;stability,ease of use.information quality and perceived value,through the analysis of the classic customer satisfaction model(SCSB/ACSI/ECSI/CCSI).Influence factors model of customer satisfaction is constructed through the network questionnaire and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis.The sample data through SPSS 18.0 analysis shows App interface design and information quality directly affect customer satisfaction,perceived value indirectly affect user satisfaction;The Security,stability and ease-using of mobile APP only indirectly influence customer satisfaction through perceived value,They have no direct influence on customer satisfaction;The perceived value has significant positive impact on user satisfaction?...
