With the constant development of smart grid of our country, demand side plays a more and more role in power system, especially for its safe, reliable and economic operation. In a competitive electricity market, demand response is the latest development of demand-side management.Meantime, demand response is very importantin intelligent interaction of the smart grid. To establish a good interactive system between distribution and utilization of electricity can not only bring some economic interests to users, but also provide lots of new resources for power system's safe and stable operation. On this basis, the project researches the data exchange process among distribution network, transmission network, interactive users and other modules. The thesis discusses the interactive mode between distribution and utilization of electricity, gives the definition and basic characteristics of distribution network interaction, and then analyzes the policy status and technology status at home and abroad. It also briefly analyzes the typical interactive mode between distribution and utilization of electricity. In the following part,on the basis of study on the interaction mechanism, the thesis analyzes the functional localization ofdistribution network and give a detailed demand analysis to the system.Business flow chart, data flow chart, functional data chart (IPO chart)and the data dictionary description are given in this part. Then thethesis give the overall design and module design of thesystem. The total system functional structure diagram is given in the analysis, the functional structurediagram of the module design are given respectively, the IPO table and the processing flow chart are also given. The thesis also elaborates the design content and givethe detailed design of the database by the entity relationship diagram and the database table. Finally, the contents of the study are summarized, the deficiencies of the thesis are pointed out, and the further work is prospected.
