Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is a great treasure of the Chinese nation.As the kernel of TCM,Chinese herbs have played an important role in the TCM.For thousands of years,the health problems of the Chinese are basically solved by TCM and Chinese herbs.With the construction of information,databases of hospitals stored a large amount of prescriptions.Therefore,using the Data Mining(DM)technology,people can combine the TCM prescriptions with the modern information processing technology to discover the regularities contained in the prescriptions and to research the relationship between the Chinese herbs without the priori knowledge.In the view of its practicality in medical treatment,this study has broad application prospect.This paper introduces the Apriori algorithm,and analyzes the count distribution algorithm(CD algorithm)which was improved on the basis of parallel.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional algorithms,this paper proposes a parallel association rule algorithm(PM algorithm)based on matrix,and solves the bottleneck of traditional serial algorithm.Compared with the CD algorithm,the PM algorithm can generate the frequent itemsets more quickly.This paper analyzes the traditional rough set attributes reduction algorithm,gives a new modeling analysis,proposes an attributes reduction algorithm based on simulated annealing(SA),and applies it to the decision system with more condition attributes.Aiming at the randomness of SA algorithm,this paper optimizes the generating process of new attribute set,and accelerates the convergence rate of the algorithm.Based on the above analysis and combined with the actual needs of TCM hospitals,a prescription analysis system of TCM is designed in this paper to realize the research of relationship between herbs and herbs,disease and herbs.In this paper,the effectiveness of different algorithms is compared by using actual prescription data.The results of the experiment show,that this analysis system of TCM prescriptions can provide reference guide to dispensing and improve the working efficiency of the TCM dispensary,which has high practical value.
