In such context,the author in this article took the campus bicycle service system as the subject,conducted the research by combining related methods of service design with related theories of service design as fundamental support and the article has identified the service contact point as entry point,Finally the article has used the method of process chain network(PCN)to further optimize research results.Through the above steps,the author aimed at further exploring the user demands involved in the campus bicycle service system,use flow of the existing bicycle service system,and issues existing in the flow.The author established the service contact point model by combining the above aspects,built and further optimized a complete campus bicycle service system model through re-definition and arrangement of the contact point model,and finally established a whole-new campus bicycle service system,thereby solving and improving the issues existing in the campus bicycle service system and better reflecting the service design object of "User-centered + Tracking user experience flow+ Further researching the service-related contact points + Committed to create perfect user experience".establishes service system process chain network(PCN)model to supplement and improve research results.Firstly,the author determined the main users under study in the service system,utilized the Personas method approach to summarize and categorize the fundamentals,and psychological and behavioral characteristics of such main users.The author dug other users with interest association with main users by means of the stakeholder approach(Stakeholder maps method),i.e.discovered other users relating to main users.By combining the Users journey map,the author cleaned up the interaction between main users and other users,determined the demands of main users through the theoretical method,and further determined the external and potential demands of main users through objective methods such as questionnaire of main users and quantitative analysis of survey data.Secondly,the author conducted an in-depth analysis on the process for main users to use the existing college bicycle service system,i.e.obtaining the information regarding the behavior process for main users to use the existing college campus bicycle service system through such methods as user interview,scenario research and role play.By combining analysis on fieldwork findings,questionnaire survey of existing service system,and quantitative analysis on the survey,the author identified the issues in the existing system and determined the direction of service design.Meanwhile,based on the service system process,the author discovered the contact points which were optimized from two aspects,i.e.demands of main users and improvement of issues in the existing system,resulting in the establishment of the contact point model.The author re-arranged such contact points by using the methods including service blueprint in combination with the correlation of internal and external layers among contact point models to set up the standard scenario of each section in the service system process,through which the service system model of each section was set up and a new college campus bicycle service system model was built finally.Finally,the process chain network(PCN)approach was used to analyze and optimize the service system model as established,the process chain network(PCN)analysis method is very precise for research results and it can provides you with tremendous insights in service system.In some case,the process chain network(PCN)analysis simply provides a tool and structure for research good service design.But in most cases,it provides a systematic analysis and optimized methodology.By combining the process chain network(PCN)method and ultimately build a whole-new and complete college campus bicycle service and process chain network.The college campus bicycle service system as built and optimized in this article could solve the issues in the existing system effectively,resulting in orderly campus traffic,more convenient and quick use,and clearer management service system network,thereby offering new views and foundations for future research.
