With the rapid development of China, increasing cars and large number of buses in big cities. The one hand to traffic caused by congestion, also environmental pollution. In order to alleviate the current situation, many first tier cities have launched a green travel plan, car, and replace it with green low carbon way to travel. Among them, the more effective is the public bicycle. A large number of bicycles, borrow, great convenience for the public to travel at the same time, also played the role of energy conservation.However, the bike is not convenient to borrow, is also a problem to be solved is currently facing. Borrow a car to go to the station, the car is also need to enter the station, generated during the walking distance is longer, let a lot of people do not want to choose to bike travel. In addition, peak of the car no pile, borrow the car car free also let most keen on green travel also had to choose to give up the public bicycle, preferred by other means of transport.Therefore, this paper proposes a new distributed mobile public bicycle by system. The purpose is to optimize the traditional borrow/return the car model. To the car side can directly to the car back to the need to borrow the car side and need to borrow the car side can directly from the car side borrow vehicles; thus, and the station, the train is full, the car makers a "pile" can also; in the station car, borrow the car makers have cars can borrow. But also to further simplify bicycle borrowing program, distributed deployment borrow/system, the public bicycle rental system moves.The purpose of this paper is to design a new type of mobile distributed public bicycle self-service system. Starting from the overall design of the system, expounds the principle and implementation method. Android App and GPS based positioning and extraction of vehicle status information and GPS position. Based on the Tomcat network server, data processing and pushing to the mobile client. Using the system, mobile devices real-time display the position information of the bicycle, borrow the car information, by both sides is a wish, by scan two-dimensional code distributed vehicles borrowed/also procedures. The operation of the whole system is simple, convenient and time saving.
