Oscillator is an energy conversion device can usually be used to form a sine wave or square wave signal is repeated electronic components can be DC power into AC power with a certain frequency.Its composition called circuit we called oscillation circuit.Because of the characteristics of the oscillator,it has many shortcomings,such as high inductance,high parasitic effect,high cost and large power consumption.In this paper,sine wave signal distortion is relatively small,the amplitude is relatively stable,single frequency,good waveform,and simple structure,easy integration of sine wave generating circuit.The main contents of this project is to design a Wien bridge high frequency sine wave generating circuit and simulation was carried out,in order to avoid the general process of integrated circuit fabrication process inductance too difficult,so we chose RC sine wave oscillation circuit.In RC oscillator circuit,the most suitable for the occurrence of a sine wave is Wien bridge oscillator.This paper is based on the 0.5?m CMOS process,using Cadence spectre simulation.The simulation results show that: in the power supply voltage of 5V,open-loop gain of 79 dB,the phase margin of 51°,the bandwidth is 39.8MHz,the input range is0-5V,the output range is 0.5-4.5V.The power consumption is 9.8mW,settling time is 10.98?s,power supply rejection ratio is 61.84 dB,slew rate is 12V/?s,periodic 2.3ns,meet the frequency 434.8MHZ above performance parameters of operational amplifier in the application of oscillating circuit obtained the good simulation results.
