At present, with the growing emphasis on health problems of the whole society,people on the hospital service and treatment modalities are also put forward higher requirements. Telemedicine technology is studied in this paper. Telemedicine in China started relatively early, it is a combination of a variety of modern scientific technology, including Internet technology, integrated Chinese and Western medicine and media technology. Telemedicine is a practical technique to resolve and optimize medical treatment process. For the convenience and benefits to patients from different regions.This is carried out by the previous analysis, based on telemedicine technology,data mining, medical diagnosis system design and implementation. Actual work of doctors, nurses and the work of the quality control section, discusses in detail the entire remote medical diagnosis system design of functions implemented on the case,orders management, quality control, knowledge worker, case presentation, system management functions. In the system design process, combining UML modeling,MVC architecture, system design and analysis, and uses the popular b/s architecture,SQL server2008 design completes the system. In terms of specific sections in this paper, the main requirements from the system, analyzes the functions and processes of each user role, and then according to the system design, to analyze the every function of subordinate child features, then through constructing logical architecture,network topology, complete the function of the whole system design. Meanwhile,combined with database selection, design databases.Highlights from this article, is mainly a combination of data mining techniques,background cases show the function of the system analysis and data mining, complete investigation and analysis of cases of the same user, which greatly improves the efficiency of hospitals, screening reduces human cases of difficulty. At the end of this study, combined with the implementation and testing of the system, showing the system functions of the interface, at the same time, combined with the functional andnon-functional testing, verify the feasibility of the system. Final test results show that the system meets the expected demand for design, functioning, doctor-patient communication, communication between hospital staff to build a platform for a fast and effective, enhance the efficiency of the hospital as a whole, simplifies patient treatment process.
