A Disease Diagnosis Auxiliary Decision System Base On The Analysis Of Chinese Medical Main Complaints

Along with the development of the society and the improvement of science and technology, hospital information systems based on electronic health records are spreading worldwide, which has improved the vitality and competitiveness of the hospital. In terms of our country, more and more hospitals are accelerating the implementation of overall construction of HIS business platform, but several problems still exist in our medical field, such as uneven distribution and high cost of health resources. In order to alleviate this current situation to some extent, based on the medical data mining technology, this paper designed and developed a disease diagnosis auxiliary decision system based on the analysis of Chinese medical main complaints. In order to assist doctors to make decisions in the process of disease diagnosis, the main purpose of this system is to obtain information and knowledge from EHRs by doing data mining in EHRs of the hospital information system, which helps this system draw the corresponding disease, the related inspection way, the classic diagnosis and the historical medical record by analyzing the Chinese medical main complaints doctors inputted.The contribution of this paper includes:1) Proposed the solution of a disease diagnosis auxiliary decision system based on the analysis of the Chinese medical main complaints, and this paper elaborated the solution from three aspects, including the medical data, word segmentation technology and classification technology.2) Designed and implemented a disease diagnosis auxiliary decision system based on the analysis of Chinese medical main complaints. In the process of diagnosis, on the basis of the medical knowledge that has been excavated, this system can draw some information such as the corresponding disease, by analyzing the Chinese medical main complaints doctors inputted, in order to assist doctors to make decisions. In addition, this system also provides an interface for patients to do decision making for diseases.3) To some extent, this system can help inherit the medical theory and clinical experience of medical experts, strengthen doctor’s diagnosis skills, the level of community health services and medical credibility, balance the medical level gap between areas, improve the level of the whole medical service and reduce medical costs.
